18 years ago today.....

18 years ago today, Todd and I went out on our first date. I never thought that night that I would fall in love, 2 years later get married at the age 20, and 15 months after that have our first little girl.  How can 18 years have gone by since that first date?  It seems like a lifetime ago, so young and naive. We could have never imagined what our life would entail at that time. Today as I sit back and ponder all the love, memories, laughs, tears, heartache, and miracles we have experienced together, I could never wish for it to have been with anyone else but my best friend, my soul mate. I thank God for blessing me with a wonderful man to share my life with, and a wonderful Daddy to our children.  I am thankful for every year that we have been together because life has just brought us closer than that wonderful day 18 years ago. I look forward to so many more 18 yrs with you Kevin Todd. May today, as well as all of our yesterdays, and all of our tomorrows, be the best ever, because you are by my side. I love you.
